Q: Do you allow license transfers ?

A: Yes, please use the license transfers option on our site at

    www.soundspectral.com

    There is a $10 fee to be payed from the NEW license holder.

    In order to update our data base the previous license holder name and

    email address must be given to be replaced by the new holder of the licence.

Q: What kind of copy protection do you use ?

A: None, we believe that any kind of copy protection

    is only punishing the legit user, YOU

    So we count on you, not to abuse this system.

Q: Am I allowed to run your products on my 128 PC's at the same time

    with a single license?

A: No, you are allowed to run each product on 2 PC's at the same time

    that YOU own.

    If you need to run the product on addiional PC's, please

    buy a license extension for only 50% of the regular price.

    (this allowed you to run the product on 2 more PC's)

Q: Do you give a refund in case I change my mind ?

A: No sorry, please make sure you have tested our demo versions 

    before you make your purchase.
